Quess Singapore Software Engineer interview experience

The interview didn’t stand out to me for technical difficulty so much as for how it shaped my perception of the company itself.

During the process, the feedback I heard about leave policy really stayed with me—there was only a limited number of days available in a year when counting all leave types. I also got the sense that hikes wouldn’t be handled in a way that felt adequate.

I didn’t get an offer. Still, the most memorable part wasn’t the actual questioning—it was realizing that some of the day-to-day policies and compensation expectations might not match what I was looking for.
