I applied online for the Account Executive role and expected at least some follow-up after the initial contact window.

Instead, I never received an email back, which honestly left me feeling like I’d been completely ghosted. Other places I applied to would at least send a rejection or some kind of update, but I didn’t get that here.

Because the process never really started beyond my application, the lack of communication became the whole experience for me. I never made it to an actual interview stage, and I didn’t end up with an offer. My reflection was simple: a quick confirmation or update would have made the experience feel respectful, even if it wasn’t a fit.
