Newark, NJPosted Nov 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

Once I applied, I was sent to an online assessment that mixed behavioral questions with LeetCode-style coding prompts.

After that, about a week later, I had a superday that was split into back-to-back parts: a 30-minute behavioral interview and then a 30-minute technical interview.

My experience across the rounds felt more competitive than the early stages. The technical part wasn’t described to me as a casual check—it was multiple coding problems in a tight window for each segment, and I felt like I had to really lean on explaining my reasoning as I went. I also noticed the process had a “simulated real interview” feel: recorded/camera-style steps earlier, then live conversations to validate how I’d perform
