I applied cold and was sent a video interview to complete within a week.

The final round came about two weeks after I finished the video portion, and it looked like two tracks back-to-back: a technical segment plus a behavioral one. I didn’t get the sense that I was being forced into a narrow LeetCode-only format; instead it felt like they were checking how I think and how I explain decisions. I eventually heard back a few weeks after the final round—no offer—so the overall process felt like it moved on its own timeline rather than dragging, but it still wasn’t the result I was hoping for.
