I started with a behavioral HireVue that was pretty structured—enough prompts to assess my interest and experience, and enough back-and-forth that it felt like more than just a formality.

After that, I progressed into additional behavioral and technical interviews. The behavioral portion had leadership questions where I had to answer using a STAR-style structure, which made the round feel less conversational and more like I was packaging specific examples.

The technical interview used Python as the preferred language, and the questions were described as easy to medium LeetCode-style problems. What stood out was how much the flow resembled a typical coding interview, but still paired with the more deliberate leadership/experience framing.

The process didn’t end with an offer.
