After I got through the earlier screening, my interview journey ended up being pretty structured and centered on behavioral storytelling.

The conversations were scenario-based and asked me to walk through specific moments, and I consistently used the STAR/CAR style format because that’s how the questions naturally wanted my answers.

Across the rounds, the interviewer(s) focused on how I communicated, what motivated me, and whether my experience matched the role. A big theme was showing concrete examples without rambling—there was an expectation that I’d tie my past actions back to the competencies they were scoring. Even when the prompts weren’t technical, they still felt like they had a clear rubric behind them.
