I applied for a Financial Analyst position at Primerica and experienced a very easy, information-heavy journey over multiple days.

Group presentation — I attended a presentation for potential interviewees about the company.
Referral-based call-in step — Afterward, they requested referrals and asked people to call to get scheduled.
Brief first interview — I completed an initial, superficial conversation with very basic questions.
Second-day “interview” — I came back for another session that still felt more informational than a true interview, with two people speaking with me. Outcome: I was not offered the role, and the process mainly felt like orientation rather than evaluation.
