I was brought into something that felt more like indoctrination than an actual job interview, with intense pressure and a strong recruiting focus.

Indoctrination session — instead of a typical interview, the experience centered mostly on recruiting others.
Content that felt off-topic — there was little about sales as I expected; it leaned into promotional material about the company.
High-pressure tone — the overall atmosphere felt very forceful. Outcome: I didn’t move forward; the pressure and recruiting-first framing made it a hard no.
