Southaven, MSPosted Dec 2015 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

In December 2015, I attended what felt like a scammy pitch that demanded upfront payment before any work guarantee.

Salesman-led pyramid framing — I was told about unlimited earning potential, helping people, and recruiting/hiring to make even more.
Insurance policy as the front — The model centered on selling life insurance.
Upfront fees for “background check” and later licensing — I was asked to pay about $125 upfront and more later for licensing. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; paying to start convinced me it wasn’t legitimate finance work.
