Toronto, ONPosted Dec 2018 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had an easy but uncomfortable interaction in early December 2018 that felt like it derailed quickly.

Interviewer call / scheduled interview — The interviewer reached out, but the tone turned against me: they denied abilities/skills I said I had and emphasized potential difficulties in doing the job.
Unclear or unfavorable recruitment process — I felt like it was going nowhere and ended up thinking it was a waste of time. Outcome: I didn’t move forward; the interview felt dismissive rather than evaluative.
