Primeit Frontend Engineer interview experience

No offer

Easy

Negative

PortugalPosted Jun 2018 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I experienced a very easy but erratic recruiting flow that left me frustrated: it moved between possible projects/clients without clear closure, then stalled.

Process interview (inconsistent and jumpy) — I went through a discussion that seemed to jump between potential projects and clients, without clear wrap-up or concrete next steps.
Salary package sent after one interview — After just one interview, I received a salary package that felt like a trap because the extras were split across months.

Outcome: No offer; the takeaway is that unclear communication and premature compensation packages can signal a poor process.
