I interviewed for a Software Engineer role at Prime IT and the process was quick and easy, but it felt disorganized and still ended without feedback.

HR first contact — I spoke with an RH person who called unexpectedly and didn’t say who they were.
Short tech-focused questions — The questions were limited to which technologies I’d used and what I know.
Missing clarity and feedback — I received no feedback and the scheduling/contact felt strange. Outcome: No offer, and the takeaway is that it was easy to complete, but the communication setup and feedback were lacking.
