Lisbon, Lisbon DistrictPosted May 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for the Software Engineer role in a very short, easy HR-style call that felt one-sided and dismissive, with little interest in my background.

Recruiter screen — I was contacted via LinkedIn, then received an email with a document to fill out for their database.
HR interview (~10 minutes) — No real questions about my experience; I barely got to explain myself. They spent more time explaining the company/history, and the interviewer seemed not very engaged.
Outcome / communication — No offer and no positive signal. Outcome: No offer—despite the low difficulty, the conversation felt rushed and not tailored to my profile.
