I had a very easy interview that sounded great at first, but the follow-up on compensation left me skeptical.

Interview round (very easy) — The interview felt easy and positive, with the company being presented as modern and youthful.
Second interview (compensation details) — They discussed economic conditions and explained allowances/bonuses (including transport-related expenses) in a way that didn’t seem realistic to me. Outcome: I didn’t move forward; the takeaway was that the “easy” interview came with a compensation reality check later.
