Precision Castparts Software Engineer interview experience

The onsite was a long block—about three hours—where I met with three different engineers. There was also a tour of the facilities, which helped me understand what everything was like and how the work environment fit together.

The questions I remember most were tied to my background and how I would work with the engineering team day to day. Even with the time they spent across multiple engineers, it still didn’t feel like a heavy technical gauntlet. I left the process without an offer, but it was a thorough, structured visit that made the setting feel real.
