The interview I had felt like it could’ve been more structured, and I remember being surprised by how light it was.

I walked in expecting more depth, but the conversation was essentially limited to only two questions, which made it hard for me to feel like I had a full chance to show my capabilities.

Even though I couldn’t really tell what was going on beneath the surface, the impression I got was that their expression didn’t match the friendliness they could’ve shown. The overall difficulty was average, but the way the session was run threw me off, and I didn’t end up progressing to an offer.
