Precision Castparts Software Engineer interview experience

From my first interview to getting to an official offer took about two weeks, and the conversations didn’t feel especially difficult.

Then things slowed down after the offer was on the table. My first start date slipped by about a month, and it kept getting pushed back multiple times—three total delays that added up to another month. Eventually I started on a Tuesday, which was just a strange end to what began as a fast-moving process. I didn’t end up with the kind of clean timeline I expected, but I still appreciated that the early interview portion went smoothly.
