After HR reached out, I was scheduled to interview the following Monday.

When I arrived, I sat down with HR, a controls engineer, and the plant manager for about an hour.

The questions were straightforward, and the overall experience felt easy. Two days later I received a call saying I got the job, and the next step was to come in for a drug screen. That quick, positive turnaround was the clearest part of my experience—I walked away feeling like everything was moving efficiently.
