North Hollywood, CAPosted Jun 2012 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I got a phone call from the Director of Engineering about an opening and we started there.

That first conversation led into an on-site interview. The onsite part leaned heavily technical, and it was clear they wanted to see whether I could handle the engineering side of the role.

What I remember most was how the questions moved from general discussion into specifics—less about storytelling and more about technical content. It didn’t result in an offer, but the process felt direct, with the emphasis placed squarely on technical ability.
