My interview started as a pretty casual conversation and it stayed that way throughout the early rounds.

The questions were mostly behavioral, with only a small handful of technical questions mixed in. I remember leaning into my experiences and trying to explain what I’d done clearly, because the overall vibe was more about understanding me than doing deep technical drills.

It ended up not going the way I’d hoped after a few rounds. Even though the outcome wasn’t ideal, I walked away feeling like I’d learned a lot from the process—especially about how much they were weighing communication and fit relative to the technical pieces.
