My timeline from interview to decision was relatively quick—moderately so—but it came with an asterisk.

They explained that government funding and business needs drive the pace, so job postings could appear or disappear.

Even with that uncertainty in the background, the interview itself felt straightforward. They focused on how my experience mapped to what they needed, and the conversation stayed practical. Difficulty was around average.

I didn’t end up getting an offer, but I appreciated that the process felt direct rather than overly opaque, even if the bigger hiring context could shift.
