East Hartford, CTPosted Jan 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a single round that started with my resume and then dove into my prior projects and experiences.

They also asked why I wanted to work at Pratt & Whitney.

The interview was with the hiring manager, and it was genuinely chill—more relaxed than formal. I didn’t feel like I was being pushed toward obscure answers; it was mostly about explaining my background clearly and connecting it to what the role was.

At the end of the call, they even offered. So even though the overall difficulty was marked very easy, the thing that made it memorable was how quickly the conversation wrapped up and how straightforward the positive signal felt.
