I interviewed with two people, and the tone was surprisingly relaxed.

During the call they asked quite a few questions, but the atmosphere stayed laid back, with genuine laughter throughout.

What stood out was how different it felt compared to a prior Pratt experience I’d had—this time the interviewers were much less strict and not harsh with their questioning. The process still moved quickly through multiple questions, but it never turned uncomfortable.

I walked out thinking I’d been assessed fairly in a friendlier way than I expected. Difficulty was around average, and I didn’t end up getting an offer.
