Pratt & Whitney Software Engineer interview experience

Hartford, CTPosted Dec 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My experience was genuinely positive from a scheduling and professionalism standpoint.

The process was described as great, with excellent people, and it stayed very direct. I ended up not taking it because personal circumstances came up.

The Hartford location interview felt smooth and respectful—everyone was on time, and they started by asking how my day was going. The rest of the interaction matched the same straightforward tone.

Difficulty was easy overall. I didn’t end with an offer, but I left feeling like the company’s process and communication style were solid.
