My interview path was built around a Super Day format that combined on-site conversations with a company tour and another follow-up interview step afterward.

I arrived as part of a group of candidates, and the day emphasized meeting multiple people across the organization, not just one gatekeeper.

The day included interviews with different individuals and the tour component, so I got to see the environment rather than only hearing about it. Then I had an additional follow-up interview after the Super Day, which kept the process going beyond the initial one-day visit.

What made it feel like a coherent journey was that it wasn’t piecemeal: it was clearly meant to evaluate fit through multiple perspectives and then confirm anything unresolved
