I started with a quick interview in a conference, and after about a week I was invited to a Superday.

The Superday involved interviews with five managers, and each conversation lasted around 45 minutes.

The interviews were rooted in my resume. They went through my background with me and asked several behavioral questions as well, which made it feel like they were trying to connect my past work to how I’d behave in situations.

After nearly two weeks, I got a call with an offer. I remember the timing as being long enough to keep me waiting, but the process ultimately ended positively.
