I had a single phone interview that lasted about 30 to 45 minutes, and it was mostly behavioral.

The questions centered on collaboration and teamwork experiences.

They also told me about a rotational program for entry-level employees that the internship could lead to, so the phone screen wasn’t just about assessing me—it also explained the longer pathway.

Difficulty-wise it was very easy, and the tone felt comfortable and straightforward. I didn’t end up with an offer, but it felt like a low-stress introduction to the type of environment they could be offering.
