Pratt & Whitney Software Engineer interview experience

Got offer

Easy

Positive

Aguadilla, PRPosted May 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The process was fairly simple, and it honestly felt easy.

I had two interviews, and both of them were centered on my past experiences and how I would act in certain scenarios.

The questions were straightforward, and I felt very comfortable going into the conversations. The interviewers were also very nice, and they were pretty honest about what they were looking for as the discussion went on.

Even though I didn’t get an offer, the experience left me feeling respected and clear on the evaluation, and the tone throughout didn’t make it feel like a stressful ordeal.
