I went through what they called a “Super Day,” and the structure really emphasized meeting multiple people from the team I’d be joining.

Before that, I had a quick phone interview, then on the Super Day I was interviewed by four people.

One of those conversations was with the manager, and I also got to take a tour of the campus, which made the day feel more like a full introduction than a single assessment session. The difficulty level was average overall—there was enough variety in the interviews to make it feel substantive, but not described as wildly technical.

I didn’t end up with an offer, but it felt organized and fairly standard for a team-based hiring day, with the chance to meet several stakeholders in one go.
