Pratt & Whitney Software Engineer interview experience

No offer

Negative

United StatesPosted Oct 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I applied and then didn’t hear anything for a couple of months.

When contact finally came, the first phone step went smoothly and then I had a Zoom interview scheduled. I had actually taken time off work to be there, so I was already annoyed when nobody showed up. I tried contacting both HR and the person who first reached out to me—calls, texts, and emails didn’t get any response.

After a month, I received a generic rejection message with no real closure on what happened. It left me feeling like the process had a serious lack of professionalism, especially because my time and effort went into preparing and then was wasted by a no-show.
