Pratt & Whitney Software Engineer interview experience

I joined right away and waited about thirty-five minutes past the appointed time, growing concerned about the delay. I reached out to HR for clarification because it felt like things weren’t moving at all.

What they told me was disappointing: the position had been administratively canceled by the hiring and recruiting teams. I understood that situations change, but it was disheartening after I’d invested time and energy preparing for the interview. I didn’t receive an offer, and what stayed with me most was the lack of clear communication and how inconvenient the whole experience became.
