Right after meeting recruiters, I had a one-on-one with an engineer.

The questions were a mix of behavioral and technical, and they spent time asking about my experience and what I’d actually done in prior internship tasks.

It also felt like they were hiring directly for their team—the conversation suggested that location preference didn’t really matter. Difficulty was average, and the process felt focused rather than overly broad.

I didn’t receive an offer, but I left with a clearer sense of what they expected from the work they were hiring for.
