Pratt & Whitney Software Engineer interview experience

A few different people joined the conversation, but the supervisor didn’t really chat much, so the engagement level was kind of uneven.

Overall, it felt a little strange, and the dynamic wasn’t what I expected from a role interview. Even so, I was given the opportunity to move forward.

I didn’t end up with a positive longer-term experience—after the first year, there were too many management changes, which made direction erratic and left the group without standard guidance. That context made the interview feel like it didn’t fully capture how unstable things could become once inside.
