Pratt & Whitney Software Engineer interview experience

I had an initial call, then there was a second phone interview after a callback.

The first conversation was with HR, and the second was with an engineering manager. The whole sequence felt simple and efficient, with no complicated formatting or extra steps.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the pace and structure made the process feel manageable, and it never dragged.
