Pratt & Whitney Software Engineer interview experience

I had a half-hour interview focused mostly on behavioral questions and discussion of my previous experiences. It went pretty smoothly, and the communication afterward felt quick, so I didn’t get lost in a long silence.

What made it feel manageable was the structure—short, behavioral, and centered on how I’d handled past situations. Overall difficulty matched that vibe, and I finished the interview without feeling like I’d been set up for a trick. I still didn’t receive an offer, but at least the timeline and follow-up pace were clear.
