Pratt & Whitney Software Engineer interview experience

Going into it, I tried to stay chill, and the questions matched that vibe. A lot of it was standard behavioral type stuff, including how I’d handle something like meeting a deadline.

We also talked about my vision for the future—specifically where I saw myself in five or ten years. It felt more like a discussion about fit and mindset than a deep evaluation. I didn’t receive an offer, but the interview itself felt approachable and grounded in typical topics.
