I signed up for an in-person career fair, and the momentum started soon after.

They called me quickly to schedule an interview, and the whole thing ended up being very concise—a 30-minute conversation.

The interview included a resume review, then moved into standard leadership and project questions. The atmosphere was direct, and it didn’t drag on or feel overly drawn out.

I was actually offered the role on the spot, which was a fast and memorable moment. Looking back, the experience felt like they knew what they were looking for and didn’t waste time once the conversation started.
