Pratt & Whitney Software Engineer interview experience

I had one behavioral interview with two interviewers—one who ended up becoming my manager and another senior engineer. They asked the usual behavioral questions, and it didn’t feel stressful.

After that, they gave an overview of the specific project I’d be working on, almost like the decision was already made. It felt informal and remarkably smooth.

Difficulty was very easy overall, and although the vibe suggested momentum, I still didn’t end up with an offer. My honest takeaway was that the relaxed tone didn’t actually guarantee a positive result.
