Pratt & Whitney Full Stack Engineer interview experience

It was just one discussion where they asked about my experience and my resume, and it didn’t feel like a formal interrogation.

They’d bring up a question, I’d respond, and then I’d ask for their input, which seemed to land well since it showed I was engaged and interested in the exchange. It was the kind of back-and-forth that made it easy to stay conversational. I didn’t end up getting an offer, but it was still a positive experience in terms of how the conversation worked.
