My first step was a short recruiter screen for about five minutes, and then I moved into a conversation with the department.

Everything felt laid back and easygoing.

They asked about salary expectations and why I was interested in the department. They also shared a PowerPoint presentation explaining the different groups within the department, which helped set context before deeper discussion.

Difficulty was easy, and the process felt smooth overall. I didn’t receive an offer, but the presentation and casual tone made it easier to understand what the day-to-day looked like.
