Pratt & Whitney Software Engineer interview experience

Easy

Positive

I had just two interviews total, which made the process feel efficient.

The first step required recording myself, and then the second interview was a live conversation with a lead and a manager.

In the live round, they asked about my past experiences and how I’d fit into their team. The overall vibe was pleasant and relaxed, but still professional.

Difficulty was easy, and I didn’t end up with an offer. Still, the two-step structure made it feel straightforward rather than drawn out.
