Pratt & Whitney Software Engineer interview experience

It started with a greeting and a brief introduction, then I shared information about myself and we discussed my resume. After that, the interviewer asked both technical and behavioral questions to assess whether I fit.

At the end, I was able to ask my own questions before they explained what would happen next in the recruiting process. The overall pace felt orderly and predictable, and even though the role didn’t convert into an offer for me, the structure made it easier to understand where I stood during the conversation.
