Pratt & Whitney Software Engineer interview experience

They asked about leading projects in the past, the projects I’d worked on, and how I handled multiple tasks and deadlines.

The overall tone was supportive and not intense, and nothing felt like a trick question. Difficulty was average.

I didn’t end up getting an offer, but it was still one of the more straightforward interviews I went through because it stayed focused on how I worked and communicated.
