Pony.Ai Software Engineer interview experience

The interviewer asked a lot about my projects before jumping into coding, and I was also sent two LeetCode algorithm tests as part of the process.

The tone felt genuinely supportive and the interviewer was good at guiding the conversation. The difficulty was marked as easy, and it matched the overall vibe: the process felt respectful and straightforward. I didn’t get an offer, but the way the interview ran itself was the most memorable part, because it didn’t feel adversarial.
