Pony.Ai Software Engineer interview experience

Each round had one or two algorithm problems, and I had about 45 minutes to solve them.

The second round landed about a week after the first, so it wasn’t just a single conversation—it was spaced out, which made it feel like a real evaluation window. The structure was pretty consistent: same time box, algorithm focus, and enough pressure that I had to manage the problem-solving pace.

I didn’t receive an offer. Still, the experience was clear about what they were testing—algorithm execution under time constraints—rather than lots of unrelated topics.
