Pony.Ai Software Engineer interview experience

The phone screen mixed coding with a simple discussion about my resume.

After that first call, the next step was a virtual onsite. That end-to-end arc—from recruiter coordination, to phone coding and resume talk, to onsite—made the process feel organized, even though it was still very interview-focused and timed.

By the time I reached the end, I didn’t get an offer, but the experience felt more structured than stressful. The biggest impression I kept was how clearly the company separated resume discussion and coding in the early stage, and then escalated to an onsite format after.
