My interview loop had a clear structure, but it still felt difficult.

The first three rounds centered on algorithm-style coding along with basic computer knowledge. After that, there was a fourth interview led by a senior engineer.

The last part was a cultural interview with the tech leader. I went through all those stages, but the process didn’t lead to an offer. What stuck with me was how the rounds built in technical depth before shifting toward fit and leadership alignment.
