I spoke with a recruiter first, then scheduled a coding interview.

In the first round, the interviewer asked a few quick questions about my resume—just a couple of minutes—before immediately moving into coding. They were helpful, but the tone felt harsh at the same time.

The difficulty was average overall, but the interview style was what stood out: fast ramp into the technical work, paired with feedback that felt blunt. I didn’t receive an offer, and the combination of helpfulness with harshness made the experience feel mentally tense even when the format was straightforward.
