I experienced a fast, average-difficulty onsite process in early 2023 that felt underprepared and lacked engagement.

Recruiter / scheduling step — The process moved quickly, and they initially seemed interested.
Onsite interviews — On the day of my onsite, none of the interviewers seemed engaged, and two interviewers didn’t show up.
Communication & coordination — At the same time, they were still searching for my resume even though they knew I was coming. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, and the main takeaway was that logistics and interviewer readiness heavily influenced the overall experience.
