I experienced an average-difficulty path that culminated in an on-site day focused heavily on Linux alongside resume-based personal questions.

HR screening — An initial HR conversation that led into on-site scheduling.
On-site (tour + interviews) — The on-site included a facility tour and two separate interviews.
On-site interviews — We covered personal questions about my resume plus some technical questions, with Linux being a major theme. Outcome: No offer; the process was balanced but Linux-focused enough that my fit there became a key differentiator.
